Red Hawk Physical Therapy at the JCCSF presents a series of lectures to help educate you about your body. Each session includes discussion about anatomy, biomechanics and the most commonly seen sports-related injuries. In addition, we will discuss your personal issues and give you specific exercises to take home. Red Hawk Therapy Lectures are free to JCCSF Center Members.
